Description
The Modular Gun Belt is a highly versatile, low profile gun belt system. It is made from a rigid 45mm (1.75") webbing and features an adjustable AustriAlpin Cobra Buckle closure with an integrated D-Ring. The face of belt is covered with a high strength Cordura laminate that is laser cut to allow direct mounting of PALS/MOLLE compatible equipment. This mounting interface adds minimal weight and bulk, keeping the outer surface slick and snag free. The backside of the belt is lined with a special mixed hook and loop, which will mate to the Gear Dynamics Liner Belt or any Velcro covered liner belt (sold separately), and helps keep the system anchored when the user is moving. This also eliminates the need for adding belt keepers commonly used on duty belts.
At 365g (12.8oz) for size large, and only 5mm (0.19") thick, the Modular Gun Belt is one of the lightest and lowest profile options on the market. Included with the belt is an elastic keeper for tail management, which features a hook lining that engages the back of the belt, and prevents it from sliding around.
HOW DO I CHOOSE MY BELT SIZE?
Belt sizing is based on your actual physical measurement in inches, NOT YOUR PANT SIZE. To ensure a proper fit, measure around where you would normally wear your belt, then select the size option that best matches the desired adjustment range. Please keep in mind that any items you carry on your belt (holster, mag pouch etc.) will increase the circumference.
