Browning Standard Invector Choke Tube, 12 Gauge: Modified

Choose from a full selection of 12 gauge choke constrictions. Standard Invector is our original flush fit system. It offers top performance, exceptional patterns, and superior durability.

Durable and predictable, 12 gauge Standard Invector was one of the original removable choke tube designs. Standard Invector shotguns have conventional bore diameters and are not back-bored as many Browning shotguns are today. The original, shorter, flush fit tubes were supplied on large numbers of Browning shotguns, and they still offer great performance for most hunting and target situations. Extended tubes, with more specialized patterning capabilities, are also available.

Notes

Standard Invector tubes fit only Browning shotguns designed for Standard Invector and are not for use in shotguns showing Invector-Plus or Invector-DS on the barrel(s).

Do not use X-Full Turkey Special, X-Full Turkey/Trap Special, or Full constriction choke tubes with steel shot. Using an over-tight choke constriction with steel shot will result in an ineffective “blown” shot pattern.

X-Full choke tubes have a short extension beyond the muzzle, a knurled end, and are ported.
