Antique 1878 Revolver, A SCARCE .455 COLT MODEL 1878 DOUBLE-ACTION REVOLVER,
c. 1882, with round 7 1/2in. barrel signed with the Pall Mall depot address, blade fore-sight, offset ejector rod, solid blued frame, fluted six-shot cylinder, chequered rosewood factory semi-birdshead grips, lanyard swivel at heel, finish thinned to about 10% with grey/brown patina, 7.5" Barrel, Bore is shiny with sharp rifling and no pitting, Timing is correct, lock up is a little loose.
