How to Place An Online Order

  • Placing an order online is easy. Just add items to your cart, go to checkout, fill in your shipping and payment details, and place your order. Our couriers ship to nearly any address in Canada.
  • If your order includes firearms, ammunition, or black/smokeless powder, we may require additional information from you. Please verify your PAL and CFO registered details are entered correctly on your Account Settings page to avoid delays in processing your order.

Checking Your Order Status

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. On your account dashboard, click the "Orders" link.
  3. Once the page opens, simply find the order you're looking for to see its current status.

Contact Us About Your Order

  • Using the contact form on this page is the most efficient way of contacting our Online Orders Department.
    • Make sure to include your Order Number in the form so we can action your request as soon as possible.
  • We’re trying to get items to you as fast as possible, resulting in a limited window to cancel your order.
    • If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.  In this case, you can easily start the return process once you've received the product.

Returning or Exchanging Items

  • Before returning or exchanging items from your order, please be sure to review our return policy and exchange policy.
    • If you've decided to return or exchange an item, please fill out the form below with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

Finding Your Order Number

  • You can find an order number online in two places:
    1. In your Order History if you placed the order using your CSC online account.
    2. In your order confirmation email.
