Excellent experience
A great bargain for the condition it is in. Barely any rust noticeable, if any. More of a patina. The trigger and sear took some oiling and scrubbing to smooth out the action, but that's to be expected from a surplus out of long term storage.

Exactly as in the picture
The Lee enfield NO.4 MK1* I received is exactly as in the picture. It is a 1943 and the bolt is from the same year. Only one part, non-critical, had rust (I replaced it for $ 15). The wood is in good condition. There was a bit of cosmoline. The general condition is very good. I recommend it
