Mesa Tactical Barrel Clamps provide mounting points for Picatinny rails, weapon lights and sling attachments near the muzzle of a tactical shotgun. This designs is CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum, Type III anodized to military specifications. Threaded attachment points feature Timesert steel thread inserts for long thread life, even after repeated mounting and removal of accessories.
Our Barrel Clamp offers an accessory mount point for shotguns that do not have extended magazines. Its unique clamping mechanism ensures a secure fit even under recoil. To install, first secure the two outer clamp fingers to the shotgun barrel ahead of the magazine lug. Then tighten the center finger to securely clamp the assembly to the barrel. Mesa Tactical Magazine and Barrel Clamps can accept accessories made for Mesa Tactical Telescoping Adapters, including Mesa Tactical Adapter Mount Rails and Mesa Tactical Adapter Mount Sling Attachments.
Mesa Tactical Barrel Clamps can accept accessories made for Mesa Tactical Stock Adapters, including Mesa Tactical Adapter Mount Rails. Mesa Tactical has long been a supplier of MIL-STD-1913 (NATO STANAG 4694) Picatinny rails for tactical shotguns. Picatinny rails are also available for mounting optics and accessories, such as lights and lasers.
So far, Mesa Tactical clamps for the Remington 870 and Mossberg 930 shotguns only (they happen to have the same dimensions).
